• To preserve your MOP Inlay furniture, you must be – gentle as an organic material like bone is porous.
• To clean, use a slightly moistened lint-free cloth & dab rather than rub. Wipe gently with a warm, damp cloth; if necessary, use mild soap and dry immediately after cleaning. Don’t use harsh cleaning products.
• We recommend you put a small amount of furniture wax on your MOP Inlay furniture, from time to time, to sustain its shine & look.

Replacement

However, if goods are damaged in transit, a replacement can be initiated under only 2 conditions:

• If the shipments are 100% damaged, we will initiate a replacement only once we get reimbursement from the insurance company.
