Refund and Return Policy

Returns & Exchange

No return/exchange is applicable for any product as all the products are made-to-order (i.e., products are made after the customer places an order). 

Additionally, the shipping cost will be expensive, depending on where you live. Instead, we can refund, but only in 2 cases, as mentioned below in the return section.

Refunds

Refunds are applicable only in 2 cases:

  • If the parcel is damaged completely in transit, we will compensate for it once we get the insurance amount after inspection by the insurance team. We will reach out for more details & we expect your cooperation to get the insurance clear as soon as possible.
  • If the parcel is partially damaged, we can send you the repair charge once you send us the invoice for the repair cost. And, if required, we will ship the required parts like a piece of Mother of Pearl, Bone, Raisin, etc. 

         

          Note

  • For Mirror Frames, the amount of Mirror will not be refunded, even if the mirror is damaged in transit, as it is a complimentary/free item & it is a fragile item & thus, not insured by the insurance company. So, only the amount of the Mirror Frame can be refunded (only if it falls in one of the above 2 cases).
  • Customers should take the images and video on receiving the parcel and unboxing the product as all our products are insured. Thus, the videos/images will help the insurance team in identification.
  • The customer has to apply for a Refund within 30 days of receiving the item.

Refund Procedure

Our products are 100% insured if items received are damaged or not repairable, we will refund 100% Amount (Only if it is eligible for an insurance claim) & if items have minor damage or are repairable, we will pay the full repair amount. The amount of the Mirror will not be refunded as it is a complimentary item with the Mirror Frame from Fair Deal Handicrafts & thus, it is not insured due to its fragile nature.

If you receive a damaged item, mail us a photo & video of the product along with the courier company tag or box images (that you received) at fairdealexport73@gmail within 30 days of receiving the product. Also, send us your contact no. with an address, so our support team can investigate the damaged shipment. 

Once we receive and inspect your mail, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your mail. 

Then we will send the details to the insurance team for further inspection into the matter. They will also notify us of Complete/Partial damage.

Once they notify us & we receive the insurance amount, we will process the refund accordingly & credit will be applied automatically to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late Or Missing Refunds

In case, you didn’t receive any refund after a few days of our confirmation, then check with your bank account or your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is processed.
