Insurance Policy
If you receive a damaged parcel, you are required to follow all the steps mentioned below:
1. Take a snapshot and record a video while unboxing the parcel (product as well as the packaging) as the shipment is insured and secured.
2. If the product is damaged, you have to mail us by attaching the images as well as the details to the carrier partner (FedEx, DHL, etc.).
You can mention us in cc for reference.
3. You are required to consign us with the following documents in case asked:
✅ PDF of the mail to the carrier associate
✅ Air waybill
✅ Invoice of the parcel
✅ Snapshots and Videos of the damaged parcel
4. Once the course of action is initiated, the inspection team will visit you to check the state of the parcel.
5. Replacement of the product will take place only when the insurance company will recompense the amount.
Bear in Mind: The replacement item will be put into making once we receive the insurance amount from the insurance company.
